MK Dons remain unbeaten in League Two this season after a 1-1 draw away at Crawley Town.

Ade Adeyemo put the hosts in front in the final minute of first half added time, but Luke Offord’s second half equaliser saw MK Dons collect a share of the points.

A draw means the Dons are unbeaten after the first four games of the new season, with two wins and two draws to their name in the 2025/26 campaign so far.

Having scored five in a weekend win over Cheltenham Town at Stadium MK, Paul Warne named the same starting line-up for the Dons as they visited a Crawley side who had lost all of their first 3 games of the League Two season.

The match saw the Dons take on former boss Scott Lindsey, who had returned to Crawley in March after leaving MK Dons.

Crawley had some early opportunities, with Danny Cashman having an early strike denied by away goalkeeper Craig MacGillivray and a second effort just crash wide.

MK Dons suffered a blow when full-back Joe Tomlinson had to leave the pitch through an early injury, but as the first half wore on, they were creating chances, with former Crawley man Rushian Hepburn-Murphy denied by Harvey Davies before Callum Paterson hit the post.

MacGillivray made a fine stop to deny Kayheim Dixon late in the half, but the hosts would find a breakthrough in the seventh minute of added time.

The Dons had been unable to clear a long throw into their penalty area and the ball eventually fell for Adeyemo, who blasted home. The goal was the first one that the Dons had conceded in a league match since the arrival of Warne in April.

Although the visitors had their moments going forward after the break, Dixon blew a great chance to make it 2-0 to Crawley on the hour mark when he blazed over from Harry McKirdy’s cross.

That missed proved costly when MK Dons equalised ten minutes later. Gethin Jones’ cross picked out Offord at the back post, and the centre-back’s header found the back of the net.

Davies would make a good stop to deny Jones, but by the end, both sides ran out of stream and the points were ultimately shared in Sussex.

Warne’s Dons face another away trip at the weekend, as they make the visit to play Newport County in an early kick-off on Saturday.
