Midsummer Place shopping centre in Milton Keynes will be hosting a trick-or-treat event on Halloween that will be free for all.
The free event on October 31st 2024 is one that families, friends, and Halloween enthusiasts are welcome to dress up for in fun and friendly costumes.
With Halloween this year coming in half-term, events at the shopping centre will begin from 10 am. Anyone that wants to take part can bring a pumpkin bucket and search for the stores with real carved pumpkins in the window, grab a sweet or treat and carry on.
The Halloween event is intended to serve as the centre-piece of Midsummer Place’s October/November half-term schedule, with further events set to be held.
From Monday October 28th to Friday November 1st, Midsummer Place will host party games in the centre at 11am and 2pm, with each session lasting for 45 minutes.
Children can have a devilishly delectable party and win a range of prizes. Hosted by our dippy ‘Dracula’, this is a great way to celebrate the lighter side of Halloween and give the children a safe and fun place to play.
This event is tailored for ages 3 and above, ensuring that the youngest guests to the shopping centre can be among those joining in the fun.
Tickets are free and can be booked on the Midsummer Place website.
Anyone seeking to book tickets are advised to note they only need to book one ticket per child; parents and guardians do not require tickets. A limited number of tickets will also be available for walk-ins on the day.
Kirsty McGiff, Marketing and Commercialisation Manager at Midsummer Place said, “We are delighted to be able to offer an exciting event like this after a few years of away. Our goal is to create a magical and mysteriously fun experience where children can have a dance and laugh. We can’t wait to see those little witches, ghosts, and superheroes light up the dance floor!”
